Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping options on qualifying orders (7-14 business days).
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Orders & Tracking
How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in your account on our website.
How long does it take to process an order? Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet been processed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
How do I return an item? Please contact our customer support with your order number. We will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Do you offer refunds? Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds for defective items will include reimbursement of return shipping.

Are your figurines handmade? Many of our pieces are crafted with high attention to detail. Some are handmade or hand-painted — please check the individual product description for specifics.
What materials do you use? Our mini statues are made from high-quality resin, polyresin, ceramic, or other durable materials depending on the design.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use? Most of our figurines are designed for indoor use. For outdoor display, we recommend choosing weather-resistant pieces and protecting them from direct sunlight and extreme weather.
